Returns and Refunds

Orders from this site are fulfilled by Gelato, a print-on-demand company. This means all products are unique and produced only once ordered, therefore returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, colour, or changed your mind.

Quality Guarantee

If you’re dissatisfied with the quality of your products, please contact us within 14 days of receiving them and include a clear photo that highlights the issue. We will escalate the matter to Gelato for investigation. If their quality assurance team confirms your claim, they will promptly issue a replacement order free of charge. Should you prefer a refund instead of waiting for a replacement, please mention this when reaching out.

Defective/Damaged Products

In the case of defective or damaged products, discrepancies in quantity, or any other quality-related concerns, Gelato will cover the cost of producing and sending a new order.

Lost Shipments

If your order is lost in transit, notify us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Gelato will arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost.

Address Errors

If the address provided is incorrect or deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned and safely disposed of. To reorder with a corrected address, you will be responsible for covering the costs of the new shipment.

Colour Variations

Printing relies on chemical processes, meaning perfect consistency cannot be guaranteed. Factors such as machine type, settings, paper type, room humidity, and the machine’s cleaning schedule may affect colour, consistency, and the final result. Any variations resulting from these conditions fall within acceptable tolerance levels and are not covered under our quality assurance policy.

Rejected Deliveries

If a shipment is refused upon delivery, it will be returned and disposed of safely. Should you wish to reorder with updated details, the cost of the new order will be your responsibility.

Unclaimed Packages

If a package cannot be delivered to the provided address, it may be held at your local post office or carrier collection point. Unclaimed shipments are typically returned to the sender. In such cases, you’ll need to place a new order. Contact us to report the issue, and we can arrange for a refund of the product’s price for the new order (please note that shipping costs will still apply).
